About ME

I was born and raised in the suburbs of NY.  I enjoy experiencing other cultures, and connecting with like-minded individuals from around the world.

I received my undergraduate degree from Northwestern and my MBA from UIC - Liautaud.  

I'm a professionally trained coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTA) and continue my education through coursework with leading coaches in the world like Marcia Reynolds.  

In addition, I am professionally trained in holistic, inner work through Brynne Dippell. 

I've benefited greatly from working with and connecting with coaches and I very much enjoy our community and all it does to encourage self-discovery and more expansive conversations in the world.
