At a very young age, I learned how to navigate environments by listening, learning, and contributing tirelessly to achieve what I perceived to be the best of intentions.

What I learned as I grew older was that my lack of boundaries and selfless dedication, often in antagonistic environments, was not healthy nor in service of my needs and desires.

Breaking away from ingrained patterns, with the support of trusted individuals, has been a defining feature of my adulthood. 

Fundamentally, I'm a person who enjoys bringing out the best of individuals and organizations.  This is why I love coaching and the powerful community it creates.
