My main coaching framework is based on formal training from an ICF Level 1 credentialed coaching program, along with specialized training in Breakthrough Coaching techniques with the #1 female coach in the world, Marcia Reynolds.
What's your personal transformation experience?
After connecting with folks in different arenas including coaching, I realized the profound impact certain experiences had on me. Once I started to work through these things and receive validation, I began to believe in other ways of being and living my life.
For many years, I struggled with giving my all where it was not warranted. The more internal personal work I did to strengthen myself, the more I could see things changing in my outer world, and previous things that had an impact on me, no longer did.
There is no better way to start a process of intentional growth than allowing yourself time, space, and a trusted thought partner. The embodiment of powerful principles comes with time.
